Function And Application
1) Do tofu pudding, is into calcium gluconate in soybean milk powder to made, soya-bean milk will become liquid and solid pudding, sometimes also called hot bean curd.
2) As a drug, can reduce capillary permeability, increase the density, maintaining the normal excitability of nerve and muscle, strengthen the myocardial contraction force, and aid in bone formation. Suitable for allergic diseases such as urticaria. Eczema; Itchy skin disease; Contact dermatitis, and serum sickness; Angioneurotic oedema as adjuvant therapy. Applies to the tics caused by a low blood calcium and magnesium poisoning. Also used for the prevention and treatment of acalcerosis, etc. As a food additive, is used as the buffer; Curing agent; Chelating agent; Nutritional supplements. According to China's ministry of health issued "hygiene standards of using food nutrition fortifier" (1993) regulation, can be used for grains and its products, beverages, its dosage, 18 and 38 g kg.
